Reporting Time:

  > at least 45 minutes before team's Time Session

Draw:

  > conducted 20 minutes before each Time Session

  > only draw for the reported teams

  > teams then submit their online line-up form

Online Line-up Form Submission:

  > will be released later

Time Session - below are the time sessions:

  (1) Event OT100: 1-2pm

  (2) Event OT230: 2.30-3.30pm

  (3) Event OT400: 4-5pm

Procedure to check your team's time session:

  (1) logon the system

  (2) click the tournmanet from the Home page

  (3) click the right top menu then select 'my Team'

  (4) check the code under 'Event'

Minimum of 6 players per team: otherwise team shall concede a walkover

Procedure to amend your registration form:

  > made amendment before Closing Date (30 Jul)

  > revise your registration form

  > indicate your amendment clearly

  > email the form to us as an official record

60 minutes non-stop table tennis match up

No repeated players until all registered players have played once (applied to all registered players on the spot)

2 competing teams shall play a mix of Singles and Doubles matches (i.e. 60 minutes non-stop by rotating team players)

All matches shall be played to 2 games of 11 points (i.e. no deuce)

Winning team: the team with the highest points scored in the 60 minutes competing period

Draw will be conducted on the tournament day (before commencement of the first match for each Time Session)

Team with no-show opponent:

  > will not play the matches

  > will receive participation medal
